Market Update April 03, 2014 15:39 (BTC up 2.65% to $447)

Bitcoin is currently up $11.52 (2.65%) in trading against the dollar today.    Bitcoin has been as high as $698 and as low as $410 over the prior 30 days.  This equates to 30 day volatility of 3.9%.  The controversial crupto currency has been up as much as $18.74 today and down as much as $25 today.  A quick review of Bitcoin historical prices show that The virtual currency has closed higher than this price 29 of the last 30 days.

 

Bitcoin's momentum was not enough to bolster Litecoin trading.  Litecoin is currently trading at $11.2 per coin.  This price is 1.2% lower than yesterday's close price.  Interday trading has seen prices as high as $11.35 and as low as $10.22.
